Summary: Responsible for providing leadership and management of the human, material and financial resources of the assigned department(s), ensuring that the department operations are in alignment with the goals and objectives of Lakeland Regional Health. Consistently achieves the expected results at the appropriate level as outlined in LRH leadership competencies. Responsible for leading and facilitating the optimization of the Outpatientpatient Electronic Health Record (EHR) for all multi-disciplinary clinical partners. The position is responsible for establishing, guiding, and evaluating an infrastructure to effectively support all clinical related workflow design and ensures interdisciplinary collaboration and achievement of quality, and financial corporate goals. Lead a team of Clinical and Business Informatics Analysts and Educators, who will be responsible for ensuring the focus of new functional elements within the EHR will optimize workflow assignments of all associated multi-disciplinary clinicians. The goal of simplifying navigation through the EHR and advocating for all LRH clinical partners will be integral to new implementations

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Essential: * Bachelor Degree
Other information: Essential Experience: - Previous experience in clinical data management and workflow design. Previous experience with selection and building of Advanced Clinical Systems Implementation. - Minimum of five years of experience in a professional role with increasing leadership responsibility. - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, analyze, and optimize information to improve outcomes in a collaborative and sustainable fashion. - Working knowledge of current word processing systems software and spreadsheets. Experience designing and implementing eMar and Clinical documentation highly desirable.
Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in clinical data management and workflow design. Previous experience with selection and building of Advanced Clinical Systems Implementation.
