This position involves significant patient interaction in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery Division of Shoulder, Elbow, and Sports Medicine.
Working on clinical patient studies and obtaining questionnaires from pre- and post-operative patient (in hospital and by phone).
Prepare follow-up schedules
Enter patient data and assist with statistical analysis, tabulation, and digital graphing of clinical results.
Two years of college or a completed A.A program with an emphasis in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related science plus one year of related experience or the equivalent in education, training and experience
Proficiency with PC and Mac computers, windows environment, graphic and video software and knowledge of digital video and video editing via computer essential
Prior research experience (basic science or clinical research) a plus.
