1. Performs message review and provides feedback regarding message standards, construction, and tone for clients and communications partners. 2. Promotes awareness and adoption of best practices, broadcasts messaging process, standards and guidelines, and self-serve communication tools (web content management, message distribution and calendar event submission). 3. Tracks broadcast messages and develops useful reporting metrics: monthly volume and content. 4. Maintains high-level calendar of communication milestones and deadlines. 5. Delivers outreach and training activities for process owners and other stakeholders; may conduct individualized training with communication partners. 6. Provides status reports to the communications team; identifies areas for standardization and ensure adoption by departmental communication partners. 7. Monitors and maintains library for communication and training plans and templates on-line. 8. Conducts analysis on performance metrics, client satisfaction surveys and provides updates; identifies trends and issues; develops and implements tactics in measuring effectiveness of two-way communication programs. 9. Analyzes survey data and prepares reports including longitudinal summaries. 10. Performs end-user and metric analysis on designated web pages and social media platforms. 11. Performs other duties as assigned.
