Provides direct supervision to Life Skills Instructors and a Community Liaison.
Provides sound leadership and direction to other LSI’s by assuring that meaningful and skill based curriculum activities driven by Person Centered Excellence are provided consistently across all Community Learning Centers.
Provides concentrated support to Life Skill Instructors to develop and maintain programmatic systems and structure to ensure agency values and missions are upheld.
Works collaboratively across agency programs and with external service providers to promote the delivery of quality services to people served.
The position is expected to work independently and multi task effectively while promoting and upholding RGA Mission and Values.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Field.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills required.
Ability to multi task, take initiative and work independently a must.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
Excellent oral and written skills are essential.
Must be able to meet the HealthCare Worker Background Check requirements, have valid IL Driver’s License and have personal transportation.
Must be able to lift and transfer individuals (75 lbs.).
Positive and up-beat personality is a must.
All employees are required upon hire to provide a Motor Vehicle Report obtained from the Secretary of State.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
