The purpose of this position is to lead the achievement of strategic goals and deliverables for successful deployment of CAFM technology to our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes performance objectives and deliverables related to the achievement of line of business's goals and objectives for a client or clients. May write or assist in writing CAFM technology RFP (Requests For Proposals) responses and executing on those proposals.
Develops, implements and maintains CAFM technology to be followed by a function(s). Defines priorities for site, area and function planning as part of a one-time client engagement or as part of an on-going client relationship.
Provides business development support through the development of technology recruitment and cost projections associated with request for proposals.
Serve as liason between client business team and CBRE Digital & Technology team; responsible for CAFM technology deliverables, timelines, dependencies and budgets.
Coordinates with the line of business platform; i.e., subject area, geographic resources and experts able to support the needs of line of business's clients.
Manages and achieves financial, operational and other measures as defined in deliverables and/or KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) established for the client or clients as part of a one-time client engagement or as part of an on-going client relationship.
May collaborate with other line of business team members to forecast and develop annual real estate plans and implement strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals as part of a one-time client engagement or as part of an on-going client relationship.
Continuously assess the technology landscape in order to seek out best practices and drive the ongoing evolution of CBRE's occupancy planning technology offering.
Interviews of business unit and other client leaders to identify future business direction related to growth, labor, market changes and other issues that could impact real estate requirements or provide insights relative to strategic and/or optimization-focused initiatives as required.
May develop 5-year real estate and technology plans as required.
May develop benchmarks for the client's real estate portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
Deep understanding occupancy planning and real estate technology landscape. Strong program/project management skills, in applying principles of scope, schedule, cost and quality to everyday activities. Ability to translate complex information into consumable concepts.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university. Masters degree in Business, Economics, Urban Studies, or related program or MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of business consulting and real estate experience is required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Real estate license (where required by state law) Professional certification, professional designations (e.g. BCCR, CCIM, CPM, MAI) and/or graduate level training in commercial real estate is desirable.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and oversees department budget.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
