The Manager Research Project A/Sample Coordinator & Cellular Correlatives Lead will serve as the Project Manager for the sample processing and correlative flow analyses pipeline of the TCSL. This individual will actively manage multiple priorities to organize the activities of the Cellular Correlative team to accurately document, process, perform multiparametric flow cytometry and analyze the resulting data of samples from up to 20 active clinical trials under the principles of GLP. This individual must frequently communicate with the various clinical research coordinators and use the customized electronic Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to compile a cohesive sample schedule for the TCSL staff to follow. This individual will also serve as the LIMS Organizational Lead – a super-user of the LabVantage software, applying this knowledge to build and test new studies, improving the system with enhancements and continuing to nurture a close collaboration with the Penn Medicine Academic Computing Service (PMACS) team to move the TCSL to a fully electronic workflow.
