The Director of Facilities will lead facilities operations, facilities focused landlord relationships and space planning. This position will be responsible for strategic planning for all facility-related projects, as well as delivery of construction projects including corporate facilities and temporary and permanent retail locations. The position will report to Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction and will have heavy interaction with organizational Senior Leadership.
A minimum of 10 years’ Facilities project management experience, preferably gained within the retail environment in a leadership role. A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project preliminary conception stage, through all of the operational stages to
