The POD Program Coordinator provides support to Professional and Organizational Development (POD) within the College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS). Reporting to the Associate Director and working collaboratively with the POD Executive Director and other team members, this position will serve as the logistics coordinator for all existing programs and new programs in development. The candidate will provide administrative support to the POD team managing all logistics related to existing and new non-credit programs including, scheduling meetings and room bookings, day-to-day management of events, preparation of materials, As needed, s/he will support the development and execution of online programs which target professional audiences, fielding questions from learners and reporting analytics. S/he will coordinate business/financial activities for the team and liaison with the business office on financial issues related to these programs. Expand project management systems and schedule complex meetings including virtual meeting in the process of collaborate with the myriad of stakeholders required to deliver high quality programs. Maintain existing CRM system while initiating improvements. Forward leads/questions to the appropriate resources for follow-up.
