The senior associate director of digital engagement works within Alumni Relations and serves as a senior member of the alumni relations team. Reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations, Engagement and Programming, the senior associate director is responsible for the execution of the Wharton Webinar Series and the in-person and online customer experience, important components of alumni programming. This position manages a staff of two, and is responsible for building influence and alliances across the School to ensure the alumni experience is consistent and Wharton-caliber. This position also partners across External Affairs to ensure that we are effective in our online communications, with responsibility for advising and measuring marketing efforts for alumni relations websites, online events, and programs. The incumbent will also work closely with our data analytics team to ensure that we are stewards of collecting and improving quality of alumni data. This position is also responsible for direction and execution of projects relating to technology and alumni experience, and working closely with the reunion, global forum & lifelong learning, events, and clubs teams to provide future-thinking direction and scalability to their projects.
