Communicates with host sites to ensure relationship with youth worker and host site is conducive to success. 2. Responsible for coaching, supervising, training, and professional development of coaches. 3. Handles all host site and youth workers' complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with his/her supervisory chain and in compliance with Agency/Programmatic policies and procedures and treats each case with sensitivity and expedience. 4. Responsible for maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports, as necessary. 5. Maintains up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations. 6. Ensures that coaches are administering and youth workers are completing the mandatory on-line financial literacy and workforce development trainings. 7. Assists in program planning and monitoring of daily overall program services. 8. Facilitates job readiness trainings for the youth workers. 9. Ability to work evening and weekends.

Relevant Education: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Minimum: Associate's Degree or currently attending an accredited college or university working toward a degree.
Relevant Experience: Preferred: 2 years providing training and working with at risk youth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with people of different cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds. Minimum: 1 year working with at risk youth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
