CFC has a need for a Senior Project Manager in the BID - Business Technology Services group. In this position you will have the opportunity to lead and provide project management support on various projects as assigned, as well as assure the quality delivery of projects on budget, on schedule, and on business scope.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
• Plan the course of and provide day-to-day project management for projects as assigned. • Provide support for projects by refining and developing tools, techniques and standards to improve project management processes. • Identify and resolve project interdependencies and related execution issues and risks. • Partner with key stakeholders and business partners on driving projects through completion. • Contribute to professional development of less experience staff.
To be successful, you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred. • Professional Project Management certification preferred. • Minimum of eight years of experience managing projects. • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. • Knowledge of software methodologies and how it drives design approaches and techniques. • Advanced MS Office Project skills. • Strategic, critical and tactical thinking abilities. • Strong process development skills.
