We are looking for a motivated Senior Customer Success Analyst with 2+ years of experience to expand the scope of support, training, and change management within the Sales Management Operations – Customer Success team. This is an immediate opportunity for a full time position. Join our small yet powerful team to provide excellent support to our A&T, Capital Markets and Sales Management professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Learn, support and drive the adoption of A&T technology tools including; Deal IQ, TransAct, Portfolio Optimizer, DataVis, Ind & Logistics app, Agency 365, CALC, Salesforce, VTS and others.
Support the deployment for both initial rollouts and ongoing onboarding of A&T technology tools to targeted user bases.
Support the execution of comprehensive change, training and communication plans associated with deployment the A&T technology tools.
Provide analysis support, proactively manage data and data sources, prepare periodic reports on key company adoption and usage metrics.
Act as liaison to Digital & Technology team members to translate business requirements and needs, and vice versa.
Interact with and facilitate vendor management
Performs other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
Prior sales support experience preferred.

Excellent problem solving skills where time constraints and multiple options are at play.
Ability to effectively present information.
