The purpose of this position is to update and track status of CBRE managed projects for client's corporate services group in the client database, and manage KPI's for Projects Group. Additionally, this role will lead the Project Closeout Process for the Project Management Team to ensure transition to the client, Corporate Real Estate group, and CBRE FOM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Upload all Closeout documents to project folders (e.g. Asset equip sheets, Warrantees, owner's manuals, specifications to sharepoint site.
Update and maintain status of CBRE managed projects inside Bayer's Excel LRP spreadsheet. (One of two CBRE personnel with Access).
Gather and track Project groups KPI's on sharepoint site
Manage Project Acceptance Form procedure, paperwork, obtain electronic signatures and review folder for content prior to moving to closeout
Assist PM to ensure proper closeout items are collected, As-Builts received from GC and A&E firms, ES&H documents
