CBRE Build's Capital Markets is looking for Sr. Digital & Technology Manager with extensive leadership experience leading technology teams to develop and expand its existing platforms with new features and products for Commercial Real-estate applications.
Directly oversees multiple teams of technology professionals and projects focusing on information systems activities, including design, test, development, implementation and training for a portfolio of applications within Capital Markets LOB. Assist in the development of technology strategies and proactively identifies areas for improvement including resources, process and technology.

What we work on:
Building cloud native platforms utilizing open source, Microsoft and AWS technologies
Creating modern, responsive web applications to provide real-estate services to our internal and external clients
Developing & enhancing commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) packages
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of six to ten years of related experience and/or training, including 2-3 years of management level experience.
10 - 12 years of experience in custom software application development with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the management level with 5+ direct reports (onshore and offshore).
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages: Java, C, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Apex
Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Supports and maintains a portfolio of applications, networks and devices. Works with vendors to deliver updates, resolve issues and manage the product lifecycles.
Serves as the digital & technology liaison for the area of responsibility, primarily for internal and external client.
Responsible for developing and executing multiple, simultaneous project. The scope of projects are medium to large initiatives.
Oversees digital & technology work orders, support and service contracts and ensures issues are resolved. Bonus points for:
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM platform, Apex technologies and SOQL. Creating Lightning applications using Salesforce Lightning UI, Design System, App Builder and Component features Experience with Data Migration and ETL processes. Familiar with Data Warehouse design and
Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework and familiarity with legacy Microsoft frameworks/languages: Classic ASP, C++, etc.
Expertise with Cloud technologies within Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) A strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
A solid understanding of Git, TFS or a similar version control system
