The Department of Art, Design, and Art History of Seton Hall University invites applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position to teach and advise in the Art, Design and Interactive Multimedia program, specifically in Game Design and Interactive Multimedia, within the College of Communication and the Arts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach a 3/3 load of introductory and intermediate courses in the Interactive and Multimedia track, including, but not limited to game design and art, 3-D modeling, and animation.
Maintain an active record of scholarship/ research activity appropriate to the field
Service to the Program, Department, College, University, and community
Student advising and mentor-ship
Course and curriculum development, in collaboration with the Department faculty, primarily in the building of the Interactive and
Multimedia/ Game Design and Art tracks of the BA degree
The ideal candidate will have expertise and industry experience in game design (traditional/analog and video/digital), computer graphics, procedural modeling, and programming.
A terminal degree is required.
At least two years of college level teaching.
