This Process Improvement Manager, Health Affairs will be responsible for:
Identifying, developing, and implementing the Health Affairs Department's process improvement initiatives
Serving as an administrator for a variety of Medical Staff and Health Affairs and related committees.
Creating a customer-friendly and healthy work environment in support of employee engagement and well-being to enterprise goals.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Five (5) years of relevant program/project management and continuous process improvement experience. Experience in healthcare or academic setting and/or governance, preferred.
Experience working with Credentialing and Privileging, Provider Enrollment, and Medical Staff Services
Agility in communicating effectively with Physician leaders, Joint Commission Medical Staff Chapter and Governance
Strong understanding of Project management, Quality Assessment and Performance improvement
LEAN Six Sigma or related training preferred
