Are you a talented Product Manager with a validated expertise in brand strategies and product development? You will be responsible to create brand strategies, product roadmaps and new product development projects across all assigned portfolios that include financial projections and the required capabilities to execute Private Brand's sales penetration goals.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects in our Tech portfolio of brands from concept ideation through end-of-life, with a focus on digital platforms.
Collaborate with Private Brands Strategic Planning and other stakeholders to conduct semi-annual portfolio, brand and roadmap reviews which drive the Private Brands multi-year plan
Drive the completion of all project documentation including product and marketing requirements, competitive analysis and pricing models, customer-facing messaging and development plans
Work with Industrial Design team as-needed to develop proprietary design elements for new products
Determine long term supply chain capabilities, technology needs, product platforms, and quality assurance standards required to execute product roadmaps
Coordinate promotional planning with Private Brand Marketing teams and Enterprise Category Management teams
Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant work experience), preferably in Business
Ability to acquire work/travel documents (i.e., passport and visa) as required by various countries.
A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in product management, product development, business management, sales & marketing or similar (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).
Advanced knowledge in assigned product categories
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, Power Point
Basic understanding of Microsoft Access and other database (such as ERP systems)
