DIR - ACO OPERATIONS,GW HEALTH NETWORK
The Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Operations Director is part of a multi-faceted team committed to delivering high-quality, value-based patient care.
This position requires direct management experience in a population health model, exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, and a strong aptitude for leadership, project management and business development.
The ACO Operations Director is responsible for ACO performance and strategy execution including the integration of ACO and Hospital initiatives and supporting the development of new population health opportunities in the market. In addition, the ACO Operations Director manages the vendor/client relationship between GW Health Network and the contracted management company to ensure alignment in initiatives, priorities and methods. This role is also responsible for leading the growth and development of the GW Health Network brand through market representation to establish a consistent GW Health Network presence to current ACO participants and prospective member entities.
Graduate degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related line of study
Five years of Operations Management experience working within ACOs, provider networks, contracting and managed care operations
Advanced experience in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships, engagement and buy-in from company stakeholders, healthcare providers, vendors, and community resources
Minimum three (3) years of management experience with direct reports and consultants
Ability to convey goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listen effectively and clarify as needed
Confidence in decision-making
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Organized and methodical management of multiple complex projects
Self-motivated and able to provide results with minimal supervision
Able to regularly travel to the Company's offices and ACO sites
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
