Union: 00 - Non Union, Exempt or Temporary
Five or more years' experience in residential mortgage lending and in secondary market pricing and executions highly preferred.
Solid understanding of secondary market guidelines highly preferred.
Proficient in evaluating statistical data as it relates to mortgage operations.
Proficient use of computer applications.
MBS and whole loan trading experience.
Model building experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, lending, and secondary market guidelines.
Effective managerial skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Ability to make complex decisions.
