This Compensation Analyst II - will be responsible for:
Providing a variety of complexities of analysis including but not limited to: pay recommendations for new hires and promotions, equity analysis, job description review and development, FLSA status review.
Assisting with pay practice audits and compliance analysis.
Managing the market survey submission and retrieval process.
Additionally will be providing technical support, research, and analysis to the Compensation Projects Team, as assigned.
Potentially leading and delivering internal compensation projects, process development, or system implementations.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Healthcare, or related field and five years of Compensation Analysis experience; Other Human Resources experience desired.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of processes, practices, and methodologies associated in Compensation and ability to effectively apply knowledge.
Working knowledge to complete thorough analysis and provide comprehensive recommendations.
The ability to working independently as part of a project team.
Demonstrated abilities to accurately document and communicate status' of working projects on a timely basis with a keen sense of urgency to ensure deliverables are completed.
Critical thinking skills, including ability to accurately determine type and level analysis required and correct balance of solution agility, creativity and compliance.
Advanced MS office skills, including Excel, and Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and courteously to all constituents.
Experience in the use of Compensation survey and data aggregation software.
Compensation or Project Management certification or course work desirable.
