Tracking metrics reported from various internal sources around the globe
Preparing reports on global / regional metrics related to research exposure in media, events and client meetings
Partnering with Research Client Care Sr. Director, connects the appropriate Thought Leader with clients (internal and external)
Support team in vetting and assigning speaking engagements for senior team members
Helps with regular communication with Client Care teams on Research outputs and client engagement
Helps with ERIX, proprietary CBRE data tool on billing, prospecting and sales
Helps with managing the client and the leadership surveys
Provides general support for the Sr. Director
Need to be proficient in MS Office (advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel) and Tableau

Strong project management. Can oversee multiple projects, determine priorities and develop a through-line to completion, including harnessing the right resources and collaborating along the way.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment. Can navigate the dynamics of a large company, with a centralized Research function, while also understanding how to support/align global, national and local initiatives.
Team player. Able to work across Marketing, PR, Research, Operations and Local and National Leadership to achieve collective goals and create exponential results. Education/Experience. Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. 3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. 2 years experience in the Real Estate industry.
BA/BS from a four-year college or university in economics, business administration, project management, communications is highly preferred
