Opportunity to work in a fast-paced corporate real estate environment and work with seasoned service provider team and clients. The purpose of this position is to assist in the preparation of portfolio and related analysis through research, data collection and data management for the development of deliverables focused on real estate strategies in support of CBRE's clients. This position will also help create process improvements to make real estate processes more efficient and better aligned to key account deliverables. Position will provide growth and learning opportunities across multiple real estate service lines (Strategy, Transaction Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Portfolio Administration).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in gathering information needed to prepare financial and other analysis for a range of deliverables, including market plans, scenario options, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.
Assists and supports development of research and analysis (e.g. market views, market dynamics, benchmarking, etc) related to specific initiatives.
Assists in gathering research on industry best practice, benchmarks, and other issues of concern to the client. May assist or coordinate in preliminary recommendations.
Reviews and enters standard agreements and/or transactions such as: listing, management, valuation, leasing and sales into appropriate system (e.g. TRANSACT, VOUCHERS.). Creates corresponding file(s) that is compliant with company and state requirements.
Assists with data collection, data input and/or aggregation and data auditing to support accurate key metric reporting and analysis performed by the organization
Documents cost saves from CBRE initiatives, nationally and regionally, as required.
Assists in generating Business As Usual (BAU) reports. Supports ad-hoc presentation/analysis development and responds to information requests from management.
Assists with monitoring critical portfolio dates, monitoring space utilization and headcount forecasting.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required. Minimum 0-2 years of related experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Understanding of principles of information design and display. Assists in creating compelling documentation and deliverables.

Working knowledge of advanced graphic/information design programs (e.g., InDesign, Visio);
