We are searching for a Sr. Academic Coordinator to support our new Master's of Science in Product Management (MSPM) program, as well as provide administrative support to the faculty of the school as part of the Tepper Academic Services group. In this new role, you will support the operations and assist with the MSPM program planning, delivery of logistics, and overall program operations. You will be responsible for handling the activities of the program ensuring high quality customer service and vendor management. Additionally, you will function as the liaison with internal (administration and faculty) and external constituencies. You will report to the MSPM Executive Director and to the Director of Tepper Academic Services.
Your core responsibilities include:
Event coordination for the MSPM program and assist with faculty seminars and conferences as needed; Handling logistics for programs and offerings
Working with other Tepper offices to conduct daily business e.g.: Building Operations, Technology Services, Copy Center, Business Office, and Student Services
Research for special projects as assigned; helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Work with marketing (internal and external) to gain marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings , etc. so we can understand what activities are working and what are not
Enter and maintain various data - spreadsheets, databases and related department information with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend events to facilitate their success
Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts as appropriate in conjunction with Marketing & Communications personnel
Assist in reviewing and editing marketing content to augment the company's presence in the market
Communicate directly with students and other department leaders in both Tepper and School of Computer Science to encourage trusting relationships
Ordering food, supplies, participant materials, faculty requests, etc.
Coordinate with necessary parties to create meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities (i.e. calendar, appointments, meetings)
Provide assistance to executive director and support outbound communications activities in organizing various projects including assistance with capstone sponsors, recruiting for internships, etc.
Finance related obligations:
Purchase card holder responsibilities for catering, office supplies, flights, hotels
Purchase card justification and reconciliation for MSPM and faculty as requested

Minimum three years of administrative support experience required.
Strong thorough knowledge of computers and relevant software including intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, HTML.
Exposure to accounting principle and experience with invoicing and tracking spend against budget preferred.
