About the Position
The is an administrative role and provides exposure to all parts of the business including critical areas such as portfolio management, research, and client service.
Greet all clients as they enter
Keep digitally compliant files for all clients, the business, and the team
Scan all files, mail, and other documents
Maintain all correspondence logs
Assist with investment and insurance account paperwork
Enter in new and potential clients into CRM software
Input data into financial planning software
Process and service all insurance requests
Submit and follow-up on client forms
Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
Ensure general cleanliness of the office, breakroom, and conference room
Assist in ensuring that processes are current and well documented
Assist coworkers with projects as requested

Qualifications & Requirements:
Possess California Life and Health Insurance license preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite
Strong attention to detail
An interest in investments
Prior administrative office experience
Must possess strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Must be customer service oriented and possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, spelling and grammar skills, strong planning and organizational skills.
Must be coachable, have a professional demeanor, and an ability to manage conflicting priorities.
