Bachelor's degree from four-year accredited college or university required.
Minimum two years' experience in fundraising or a closely related/comparable field.
Ability to work evenings and weekends with willingness to travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Solicitation of constituents and benefit fulfillment to active donors and prospects
Successfully reach and grow financial and membership goals on an annual basis, report to Assistant Athletic Director
Gameday responsibilities and coordination
Donor management reports
Manage a portfolio of annual donors
Athletic Development strategic planning support
Cultivate leadership annual giving donors/prospects and solicit their support
Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent interpersonal skills to relate to and establish relationships with donors, volunteers, and colleagues.
Self-motivated with ability to set strategic goals while implementing fundraising principles and tactics.
Understanding of donor/constituent database systems and the ability to analyze data, extract conclusions, and use findings to implement plans.
Experience in annual giving, project management and analytics.
Background in higher education and athletic development.
Type of Position: Full Time Position
Work Schedule/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm except when travel, evening and weekend work is required
