Reporting to the Senior Director of Admissions Pipeline, the Associate Director of Operations for University Programs manages the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of program expansion related to NYU's visiting and non-credit (CENC) student populations. The incumbent will oversee parameters and established business procedures to ensure that students are seamlessly integrated into NYU's systems and operations. The Associate Director of Operations is expected to assist in leading across functional areas to identify, recommend, and implement streamlined processes, improved services and coordinated efforts as program offerings evolve and grow.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Education: Master's Degree.
Required Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in university admissions or related higher education position, supervising staff, office operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience: 3+ years in a college or university level Admissions or Student Services office.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules i.e. Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, etc. Experience with Slate CRM system. Ability to project manage a team to facilitate implementations and/or procedural change. Adept and interested in learning and implementing new technologies to improve existing processes.
