This position is located in OHSU\u2019s ITG department but supports Tuality Hospital staff and applications on site in Hillsboro, OR. This position is combination of Business Analyst/System Administration/Developer to support the following applications/functions at Tuality Hospital:
MedSeries 4 Administrative Modules: HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Finance in addition to custom code/applications created to support these modules.
Envi by Inventory Optimization Solutions (IOS) for inventory tracking at Tuality Hospital
Identity Management for multiple types of people at Tuality Hospital using multiple custom applications/processes
Design/support of web pages on intranet that offers Employee Self-service features
Working on projects with the Project Manager and functional users to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

Typical duties for this position:
Provide first line of support for the supported software applications. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and involve appropriate support groups. This may involve logging service request with the vendor or discussing integration issues with the appropriate support teams. Follow problems to an acceptable conclusion & document following team standards.
Create interfaces between systems to meet business needs of customers.
Create/maintain intranet in a secure manner
Work with infrastructure teams to ensure ongoing functionality of Administrative systems
Create appropriate documentation and track ongoing support requests.
Understand the business process and software functionality for the various groups supported.
Coordinate software changes including planning, development, communications, testing, approval, and move to production.
Take a leadership role in software upgrades
Act in a backup role to the Project Manager/Business Analyst and developers
Be a customer advocate to the vendor (Enhancement requests, escalating support issues etc.)
This salaried position requires after hours on-call support rotation with other team members.
