Adapt is currently recruiting a full time Clinical Director for their Substance Use Disorder services.
This position is responsible for all aspects of management and oversight of Adapt’s substance use disorder outpatient and residential programs in Douglas, Coos and Josephine counties. The primary duties include but are not limited to the following:
Provides direct supervision and evaluation of program managers in all Adapt divisions.
Provides clinical and administrative leadership in support of existing and developing addictions treatment services in all locations.
Participates in Quality Management Team activities including writing / approval of policies, data collection and analysis, review of incident reports, complaints and grievances and support of LEAN / other improvement initiatives
Represents Adapt at stakeholder meetings (e.g. CCO, management level Child Welfare, Community Corrections, hospital)
Identifies growth opportunities and coordinate with Project Management and other staff regarding new programs and services
Participates in Adapt administration team activities including monthly board meeting, annual meetings, and program site visits
Interacts with CCOs around quality and value issues
Requirements: In order to be considered for this position, the applicant must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field. License (LCSW, LPC, LPC) strongly preferred. Must have a minimum of two years program management experience in addictions and mental health.
Additional Salary Information: The successful applicant will receive a generous signing bonus and be eligible for help with moving expenses. Excellent salary and great benefits. Adapt offers two insurance plans to all eligible Full-Time employees and their families, in which Adapt currently pays 100% of the premiums. In addition, a 401K plan is available to all employees and contributed to by Adapt after a specified time of employment.
