Primary Responsibilities The Team of the Chief Operating Officer manages Credit specific, Cross-Risk, WM strategic and WM-impacted firm-wide initiatives on behalf of the WM CRO. The role is multi-faceted, offering the opportunity to take ownership for, and contribute to, the success of projects through the entire life-cycle.
The successful candidate will work closely with WM and MSPBNA Business, Risk, IT, Finance and Operations groups as well as other stakeholders that support WM and MSPBNA. The role requires the candidate to have an understanding of Credit Risk, System Architecture Principles, Project Management fundamentals and Process Analysis. The candidate must be able to analyze the risk and business impacts of decisions and be able to lead through influence.
Project Management · Design and implement project plan to achieve goals · Work with the stakeholders to prioritize work and drive milestones to timely execution · Track and report status on projects being completed by individuals as well as PMO initiated
Relationship Management · D evelop an effective network of relationships across the Risk organization, WM and MSPBNA · Influence and collaborate effectively with project resources not in the same reporting line to achieve common goals
Skills Required (essential): · Seven years process improvement, business analysis, and project management experience · Clear understanding of project management and business analysis approaches · Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and a creative and flexible approach to problem solving · Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work · Self-motivated and autonomous · Keen attention to detail · Strong communication and influencing skills · Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills · Capable of setting direction and motivating team members outside the direct reporting line · Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution · Strong time management skills · Bachelor's Degree · Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Power Point, Excel, Project, and Visio
