We are currently looking torecruit a customer-facing Account Management position whose responsibilitieswill include analytic, order execution, IT, back office, FIX connectivity,customer service, internal sales, and trade support skill sets. The Account Manager("AM") is responsible to represent the firm to clients in a firstclass way. It is essential that the AM forge a strong relationship with clientsto develop implicit trust in the AM and their ability to service client needs.Clients should view their AM as a trusted partner and key contributor to theirsuccess. AMs must be highly proactive and take initiative to provide excellentservice to clients. The company's products, along with the service component,should be an integral and highly valued part of our clients' business.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients for all Neovestrelated issues. Communicate with and regularly visit clients, understand theirneeds, and develop a strong relationship with them.
Manage client relationship through their lifecycle with the firm:product demonstrations, pre-sales technical consultation, on-boarding process,implementation / training, on-going support.
Identify opportunities to up- and cross-sell additional Neovestproducts, asset classes, or global markets within the client firm.
Responsible for individually managed account growth as well asdepartmental support contributions.
Assist in project management details related to overall companyimprovement.
Required: Strong communication/team building skills.
Required: Electronic trading software support experience.
Required: Analytic software support experience.
Preferred: Project Management skill sets.
Preferred: Series 3, 7, 63 or equivalent licenses.
Preferred: Experience with global equities and futures markets.
