CTF is a private not-for-profit organization that currently operates 11 Developmental Training Programs and 34 CILA homes throughout the State of Illinois. Seeking Regional Network Director to oversee 5 DT program in our south suburban area. The primary responsibilities for this administrative management position are creative planning, organizing, developing, directing, budgeting, ensuring compliance, grant applications and compliance, implementing the overall operations, and agency representative for Union negotiation and grievances
The Operations Manager reports directly to the Chief Program Officer and is a member of the Leadership Team. Direct reports include the Associate Directors, Director of the Arts, Transportation Manager, and Administrative Assistant.
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or Related Field; Master Degree preferred with a minimum of five years’ management and supervisory experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record and experience managing multiple locations with extensive financial as well as operational experience.
