Our Registered Nurse (RN)Case Management Supervisor provides daily supervision of the Case Management department. Provides support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual patient needs. Enhances the quality of patient management and satisfaction to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through integration of case management, utilization review management and discharge planning.

Current State of Florida RN licensure
Completion of an RN Diploma program or related healthcare program
National Case Management Certification strongly desired
Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in an acute clinical practice or related healthcare experience.
Case Management experience is preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships
Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills with proactive decision making and negotiation skills
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions; Ability to follow verbal instructions
