The Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an Oncore Analyst to work in the Clinical Protocol Office. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center’s CRMS (OnCore) and related systems. The position will work with functional and project teams to translate business requirements into OnCore implementations and optimizations. Responsible for ensuring plan, design, creation and quality of reports and assessing the performance of reporting tools. Responsible for project management of functionality testing and implementation. Works with Training Coordinator to identify audiences, prepare training content, and lead training efforts required for the successful release of application upgrades. Works with the Cancer Center, UNC Healthcare and outside groups to identify and implement system interfaces. Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing OnCore end user support.
Education and Experience:
Requires knowledge of relational databases, SQL programming, and technical support. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and ensure user satisfaction.
Prefer experience with database administration and querying (SQL); proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with OnCore and Oracle database; software implementation experience; and experience with clinical research operations preferred.
