The primary responsibility of the Project and Process Analyst is to support the Supply chain organization with new business transitions. This position will liaise between Finance, Sourcing, Implementation, and service providers to ensure that the service provider network is in place and ready perform at go-live.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support capacity planning with internal and external parties
Support deal qualification reviews
Perform initial dispatch analysis and placement in alignment with sourcing strategies
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and act a supply chain's project manager for the account transitions to FacilitySource network
Communicate with service provider network to ascertain readiness
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline transition processes.
Develop and document transition playbooks and reports
Participate in review and update of transition processes to meet changing business needs
Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Services management operations
Ability to perform operational and financial data analyses
Project management fundamentals in a supply chain environment
Ability to understand a problem / process, and use technology/ process improvements to create a more efficient method & more accurate output
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Office
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
4+ years experience in facilities services environment
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
