As a Manager/ Senior Manager within our Total Rewards team, you will have responsibility for administering compensation and benefit programs for Roche Molecular Solutions, a global organization with offices throughout the US and in Europe. You will implement key compensation programs and initiatives that promote market competitiveness and support business priorities of attracting, retaining & engaging exceptional talent. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition staff and partner with other compensation experts within the US and within our global community.
Responsible for development, implementation and management of base salary, annual bonus program, and long-term incentives to support operations and drive business strategy.
Advice HR and business leaders in development of competitive base and incentive in accordance with Roche global compensation philosophy.
Conduct in-depth data analytics to draw business insights and identify trends that help make better and informed business decisions.
Regularly participate in compensation surveys and other competitive market analysis and analyze results to ensure that our total rewards program is appropriately aligned to the external marketplace. Develop recommendations for program changes and enhancements.
Support the development of effective communications that ensure thorough understanding of our programs and their competiveness.
Review requests for new or revised jobs and prepare job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.
Miscellaneous HR related projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics or related field required.
10 or more years of Compensation and HRIS experience and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
HRIS experience including such programs as Workday, SAP or other HR systems.

Ability to interact on a consultative basis with all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills with team orientation and collaborative style
Must be a self-starter, capable of functioning in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment.
Knowledge of HR business process/procedures and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
