We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Distribution Support Manager .
Develop quality wholesales support initiatives and programs to grow insurance business and maximize contribution to economic profit and to enhance insurance sales and services
Support the development on recognition mechanism and recognition events for the insurance sales across the channel
Ensure the roll out of best in class coaching capability by bringing in Insurance Specialist practical knowledge and insights to a structured coaching curriculum to enable Wealth Insurance Planner to coach the frontline sales on product and needs based selling, soft skills to achieve business goals
Analyze market trend and competitors' best practices and makes recommendations on the implementation of special projects
Perform other distribution projects or duties as required
Solid years of experiences within broad scope sales, marketing, training or relationship management experience in financial services, with exposure in the insurance industry
Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record
Strategic in thinking, couple with strong leadership and coaching skills and strong business acumen
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
A strong leader with sound judgment and a team player
High energy level to lead and drive change management
Excellent command of spoken and written English, good spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
