Position: Analyst will be based in New York and will assist in Client Management efforts, as well as perform key operational duties supporting the Global Fixed Income business. The Analyst will also have opportunities to interact closely with a wide array of disciplines across the Firm and with external partners to help drive Sales & Trading and Client Strategy initiatives for the business.
Work in conjunction with sales, trading and infrastructure teams to support the Fixed Income client agenda, particularly focused on sales and cross-product/region initiatives
Daily management of eTrading client enablement inquiries and assist in eTrading initiatives, including partnering with external vendors and Sales & Trading desks
Coordinate with Operations and Middle Office on inquiries related to account data, sales coverage, or trade inquiries
Assist in client and sales management efforts, including monitoring, reporting, and analysis of client analytics, trends and opportunities across Fixed Income and across business lines
Assist in cross functional projects related to Client Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, regulatory, and technology initiatives
Help develop and manage Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and project plans
Assist in execution of projects, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) and data quality review
Support Fixed Income content and subscription management processes and requests
Assist in development and maintenance of Fixed Income marketing materials
Liaise with senior management and others across the organization on daily or bespoke processes, inquiries, or initiatives
2-3 years of experience in finance
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance preferable
Highly organized, diligent, strong attention to details, and able to handle confidential information
Experience with financial analysis, management reporting, and document management
Extremely proficient Excel skills and experience working with large sets of data
Strong project management skills
A confident communicator; able to face off with heads of desks and senior management, explaining facts clearly, communicates confidently and effectively across teams
Resourceful self-starter; ability to work independently, organize time, and produce results
Strong prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and adapt to changing workloads
Candidate will be working on the trading floor; ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment is a must
