Seeking Project Manager to work on renovation projects involving client interaction and hands-on design opportunities. The selected candidate will perform architectural conceptual planning/design and development work for projects involving existing commercial and educational buildings.
Collaborate: Administer technical design and documentation on projects of various sizes and complexities. Interpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translate information into build-able/usable systems.
Develop: Produce and review specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, as required.
Coordinate: Provide Leadership to the project and related disciplines during the design and construction phases.

What You Need to Start:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
10+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in current version of AutoCAD.
Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment.
Ability to be flexible and willing to work with the team and support other services when needed.
Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
