We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Content Management.
Content Management and Distribution
Responsible for developing and managing content distribution strategy to deliver aligned investment messages across Asia both in digital and traditional channels.
Support the Asia Chief Investment Office to create, distribute and promote investment contents and deliver client friendly marketing materials to raise client penetration and activate client actions.
Manage content distribution via internal online channels, Aladdin Advisory Platform and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
Monitor and analyse client usage statistics, web traffic and user engagement metrics on the KRC and StoneShot platforms to identify customer needs, business opportunities and close service gaps.
Internal and External Marketing
Collaborate with the Front Office and Advisory & Sales Management to drive sales campaigns, support new product launches and develop client friendly marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to improve look and feel and effectiveness of content distribution to support delivery of business goals.
Optimize internal and external content distribution processes to improve client experience, boost Frontline sales effectiveness, raise brand awareness and thought leadership.
Manage content strategy for the Investment Services Products Solutions Morning Meetings and Market Update Calls to improve client engagement and monetization of Chief Investment Office contents.
Strategic Projects and Digital Content Strategy
Develop and implement digital content strategy to promote internal and external usage of Chief Investment Office materials and product contents.
Collaborate with Chief Operating Officer and Marketing to develop WeChat and Weibo communication strategy to support the China Growth Initiative.
Subject Matter Expert supporting development and implementation of global and regional Digital Content Management projects.
Proven work experience as content manager or relevant role.
Extensive years of experience in content management, product marketing and sales management.
University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
Strong competencies in content optimisation, product marketing and brand consistency.
Working knowledge of web publishing, online platforms and social media.
Strong competencies in planning and coordinating people and operations.
A team player, dynamic, sociable, adaptable, reliable, attention to details.
