We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Interactive Manager.
Manage the strategic direction and stakeholders of Global Liquidity and Cash Management portfolio of lectronic banking channels
Define and deliver products, propositions and functionalities which are sufficiently flexible, scalable, simple and consistent enough to meet the needs of our global and local businesses
Communicate a clear vision for the Global Liquidity and Cash Management business that is aligned to the overall bank's vision, Values and goals, and inspires and engage people to create an inclusive, high performing, customer centred culture
Lead, develop and motivate the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives
Set expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop team leaders and others to ensure that they maximise their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities and experience
Lead and encourage constructive cross country and cross business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with the bank's diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customers
Drive digital to replace paper or telephone, e penetration targets and controlling costs
Transaction Banking Product Management
People or Team Management, Cross border management will be an advantage
Experience in dealing with technology platforms
Programme Delivery or Process improvement
Experience in managing digital platforms
Exposure to dealing with Commercial Banking customers
Experienced project or programme manager with relationship management skills and industry product specialist
High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, together with a sound knowledge of the full range of transaction banking products commerce and ecommerce
High level oral and written communication skills and presentation skills including public speaking
Complex and analytical reasoning
Technical and Computer skills
