Editorial and Content Production
Responsible for copywriting, editing, publication layout, proofreading and end to end publishing process of Chief Investment Office contents and marketing materials to serve business needs in Asia.
Professional scripting and formatting of client friendly Chief Investment Office materials and product narratives.
Oversee the daily publishing operations and control content production schedules.
In charge of language quality control and content polishing for regulatory compliance review in alignment with editorial policies, corporate style and communication tone.
Work with the global and regional Marketing Teams and third party vendors to deliver professional layout and look and feel in Chief Investment Office publications and investment narratives to ensure brand consistency.
Support the Asia Chief Investment Office to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the regional content production and distribution process.
Investment Content Creation
Contribute to Asia Chief Investment Office content creation by leveraging Global Research contents to produce market commentaries and thematic research to meet client needs in Asia.
Write periodic and ad hoc commentaries responding to market developments and price-sensitive macro and political events.
Originate texts and contents for social media and video channels in support of multi-media communication by investment strategists for internal and external marketing.
Internal and External Communications
Write external communications on investment strategies, macro analysis and key investment themes for external marketing and media communications.
Contribute to the development of Chief Investment Office and Products communication strategy and digital marketing plans to promote internal and external usage of Chief Investment Office materials.
Engage in strategic and ad hoc change projects to improve effectiveness of Chief Investment Office content production and distribution in alignment with global and regional Digital Content Management projects.
Proven track record as managing editor or relevant role.
Excellent copywriting, editing and creative writing skills. Strong Chinese language proficiency is a distinctive advantage.
Extensive years of experience in communications, financial journalism or financial data vendors and social media.
Solid understanding and keen interest in global and regional financial markets.
Bachelor of Science or Arts in Journalism, Communications or relevant field.
Previous editing experience within a financial institution and other finance or investment related qualifications would be a plus.
Working knowledge of web publishing, online platforms and social media.
Strong competencies in planning and coordinating people and publishing operations.
A team player, dynamic, sociable, adaptable, reliable, attention to details.
