We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Manager, Digital .
Leading the management services and project management office functions for Digital IT and Retail Banking, Wealth Management Sales and Distribution IT Asia Pacific.
Coordinate the project dashboard and weekly review meeting on project progress and deployment status.
Monitor resource and vendor spending under the IT cost control governance process, with tracking against financial target. Review and facilitate the ongoing finance activities to ensure the spending and IT recovery are at the right level, for examples, IT headcount and charging, account payable accrual, vendor invoices settlement, internal customer bills.
Coordinate resource supply readiness review for a clear picture of project commitment and budget consumption.
Coordinate yearly planning.
Support IT Head on people and structure for the department headcounts.
Facilitate the communications within the department. Promote and support the People Strategy initiatives from the Group, via Exchange Meeting, Team Building, and Town hall.
Drive and support various IT Transformation initiatives such as Agile delivery, DevOps, Business and IT co location.
Identify and work out metrics for required measurement and quantification.
Establish and drive appropriate process, procedures and best practices to manage Planning, Budgeting and Resources.
Maintain proper communication with various parties including Regional and Global IT COO, for adherence to global practice, and regional status update.
Proven experience in providing professional, integrated and comprehensive management information to Management team
Regular working contact with senior executives Globally and Regionally
Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships across the business and teams globally.
Strong focus on the timely delivery of professional, integrated and comprehensive management and reporting processes.
Should be self-motivated and driven, and be easily accessible and available to support business needs.
