MORE ABOUT THIS JOB Consumer and Investment Management (CIMD) The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS YOUR IMPACT
The Head of Growth Marketing/Customer Acquisition will lead the marketing strategy and end-to-end growth of our cutting edge Consumer Wealth Management (CWM) business. This value proposition brings together our leading consumer products with our best in class investment management services. The Head of Growth/Customer Acquisition will be instrumental in building a disruptive new product offering and will report to, and work very closely with, the head of the CWM business. We are looking for a world class growth marketer to execute and attract millions of customers through a multi-channel strategy.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Responsible for full life-cycle growth marketing and customer acquisition funnel, including but not limited to: digital marketing, customer onboarding, partnerships (including activation events with partners such as employers, affinity groups etc.)
Develop and maintain go-to-market plans to assess potential new channels of distribution in key segments
Qualify new opportunities and prioritize for best return to the business
Build, lead and develop a best-in-class marketing team
Negotiate contracts and supporting documents
Liaise across teams to source key contacts and undertake introductory meetings
Author and lead sales pitches introducing the CWM product
Maintain a strong and growing pipeline of new opportunities
Lead the development of new capabilities, as needed, to respond to market demands
10+ years of growth marketing/customer acquisition experience in a fast paced, agile environment
Proven success of large-scale growth in consumer services, ideally focused in multi-year subscription based products
Proven leadership skills with the ability to quickly build and develop a team
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading cross functional teams and managing/launching successful products
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and other tools to support quantitative analysis & written presentations
