You an exciting role based in Zurich within the International Wealth Management Centralized Compliance Unit (IWM CCU) department of the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs (CCRO) function that is mandated with the management of all CCRO matters for Credit Suisse in all regions and across all businesses
In this function you provide valuable support for the definition and execution of reporting and oversight in order to ensure monitoring, tracking and controlling of processes within a dynamic Compliance environment
You will participate in projects and initiatives related to defining and executing of the reporting roadmap
As a Reporting Specialist you ensure complete, timely and accurate compliance reporting execution covering monthly and quarterly reports and the delivery to our clients
Your area of responsibilities contains structuring and controlling reporting processes and requirements within IWM CCU as well as facilitating the harmonization and automation across different tools and markets
You will closely collaborate with Swiss Universal Bank CCU in platform matters and align solutions within CCRO with various shareholders
Through close collaboration with various (business) partners in Compliance and Front Office internationally and with multiple business partners you build up a broad network within the company

A university degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, Finance or Law)
You have gathered first experience in Compliance, Consulting, Business Management and / or Project Management; additionally, you bring a dedicated attitude towards Compliance as well as Regulatory Affairs related topics
Your strong analytical and conceptual skills and your attention to detail allow you to quickly build rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with others throughout the organization
Experience in tools within compliance (e.g. FCC) and understanding of IT processes and management helping to define requirements and solutions would be a supporting capability
Strong communication and social skills with the ability to handle demanding business partners locally and internationally
Profound knowledge of MS Office tools (esp. Excel, VBA, Macro, SQL), strong expertise in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint and IT flair
Fluent English skills are a requirement, German skills are an asset
