Rockwell Automation the world's leading dedicated company within industrial automation – seeks a Team Lead for our Field Service Engineer Team
Our service department (FSE Team) takes care of technical service and problem solving for our customers in virtually every industry. We offer support, preventive maintenance, project execution, and courses along with a long line of services, which all is a part of ensuring high uptimes and meeting our customers' daily production targets. In this position, you have the possibility to develop the FSE Team along with the tasks of keeping the overview and managing the execution of the team's tasks and processes.
You will be the team lead of a dynamic, professional and competent team and will on a daily basis communicate and interact with many different stakeholders - both internally and externally.
You will be part of the Nordic management team for Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and report to the Nordic Head of CSM.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead a team of competent Field Service Engineers in Denmark and Sweden
Project manage automation projects/tasks
Handle assignments and customer dialogue in regards to problems and escalations
Dialogue with customers and the sales department about task scheduling and execution
Plan and ensure that our Field Service Engineers are continuously booked for jobs
Evaluate and develop the teams competencies – including knowledge sharing
Report status and progress to the Country Manager for Service (CSM).
Additional Job Content
Sales support (e.g. customer visits) and calculations in regards to minor proposals
Design and plan customer specific trainings
Contribute to developing the service portfolio and strategy for CSM.
