Design, implement, and maintain training programs to include: sales training and reinforcement programs, corporate messaging, technology, product, industry, and regulatory trends. Evaluate effectiveness of trainings and recommend new solutions or changes as needed
Builds relationships with internal client groups in order to effectively collaborate towards aligning training initiatives with sales strategies, identify sales best practices, and increases sales effectiveness across the sales cycle and deliver content that aligns with regional needs.
Establishes and maintains strong external business partner relationships. Researches and reviews vendor training programs (internal/external) and materials; makes recommendations for purchasing new programs and conducts these programs upon request. Coordinates external vendor sales/client focused training programs across all regions.
Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of Sales Training Programs; recommends and carries out revisions as necessary. Serves as industry expert maintaining a strong understanding of the sales industry with a particular emphasis on the overall trends in the sales distribution landscape.
Manage training sessions on all new and advanced level products. Assist with the development, implementation and revisions of sales programs and so that sales staff can effectively position product offerings to prospective clients Manage mandated FINRA and MIFID II training components outlined in annual master training plan
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
Directly related mutual fund experience
Demonstrated success in a sales, relationship management or sales training role in the financial industry.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication (oral and written) skills.
International travel required up to 10% of the time
