This position will manage the College of Public Health (CPH) Alumni program. Will work to cultivate relationships with Alumni to identify and foster student internship and practicum sites. Manage UKCPH alumni contacts. Maintain and update the alumni database. Plan and implement alumni relations events, etc. Create and coordinate the college's alumni programs and events. Collaborate with CPH Communications and Philanthropy Directors, the Office of Philanthropy, and University Alumni Relations to develop appropriate invitation lists for campaign related events and to share College related updates. Develop initiatives and programs that support equitable opportunities for achievement and professional development of students, faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented/underserved populations. Responsible for development and implementation of CPH Strategic Plan inclusivity initiatives. Will serve on University committees as needed and as appropriate.
Excellent communication skills, project management experience and event planning.
