Perform business and system analysis for commercial digital channels as a liaison between Program/Product Managers, IT, 3rd party vendors, and key internal stakeholders. Serve as a thought-leader and consultant for the business and lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that are small, medium or large in size and/or complexity while supporting those functions for large cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives. Assist team with strategy execution. Create and coordinate test plans. Track product or channel adoption and usage statistics. Provide operational updates to Program/Product Managers regularly. Perform day-to-day operational support and be the first line of escalation for the organization. Escalate issues to IT and/or 3rd party vendors, when appropriate. Mentor other analysts as needed.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of business analysis experience, or 4 years working in the financial services industry as a business analyst -OR- High School diploma/GED with 12 years of business analysis experience, or 8 years working in a financial services industry as a business analyst
