As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a member of the bank’s Digital Channel Technology and Strategy team. The bank continues to make investments in digital to support our customers and the underlying technology. This team is responsible for delivering on the bank’s overall digital vision, in a fast-paced and high profile environment. This role performs business and systems analysis, infusing technical solutions into business related problems and serves as a liaison between one or more business units and IT. This person will lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that are small to large in size and/or complexity.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years IT experience. -OR- Associate degree with minimum of 4 years IT experience. -OR- High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 6 years IT experience.
Additional Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of Systems Analysis experience. • Minimum of 5 years of Requirements Gathering experience. • Partner with Business Analyst to elicit Stakeholder requirements. • Build, execute, and analyzes test suites/results. • Partner with QA Lead to develop strategy for regression, automation, and performance testing. • Liaison with IT development team(s) on current and new system modifications. • Collaborate with organizational readiness partners to prepare, distribute, and present system documentation to internal customer and support teams. • Operate in an agile/iterative environment, participating in all stages. • Query, condition and analyze data for all aspects of testing/defect remediation. • Proven display of leadership, holding themselves and others accountable. • Effective Communication skills. • Effective Organization and Time management skills. • Demonstrated Facilitation and Presentation skills. • Adherence to process and methodology requirements. • Proven ability to interact with external third parties, like vendors. • Proficient in software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
