Power Automedia (www.powerautomedia.com) a leading digital media company in the automotive industry, has an opening for a Part Time or Full Time IT Support Tech / Web Dev Assistant. We are looking for an individual experienced in troubleshooting computer issues, networking, peripheral setup, and common software applications. This individual would also work as part of our bug and quality control team, as well as assist with web development projects. This position is based in the Temecula area (Murrieta), California. This position can be either full time or part time based on the applicants willingness to travel domestically to livestream broadcast events to fill a similar tech focused role helping setup and operate the broadcast.

About the Job.
Provide effective long term support and maintain employee satisfaction with our infrastructure.
Provide first response support to onsite and remote employees through a variety of communication channels (phone, instant message, in person, email, ticketing system) for technical and web issues.
Test and validate bug reports.
Provide quality control assistance on web development projects.
Provide support for web applications as needed such as Wordpress, Google Apps, & Salesforce.
Carry out IT related projects, tasks, and support tickets.
Implement new equipment and IT purchases.
Provide support for on-boarding / off-boarding where IT is involved.
Maintain equipment, software, and licensing/inventory.
Maintain Data Archiving and Systems.
Test internet connections at prospective filming locations.
Travel 3 to 5 times a year for live streaming events (Part Time)
Travel 8 to 10 times a year for live streaming events (Full Time)
Provide technical support remotely or on site for live streaming events
Provide training sessions for new and current employees regarding our applications.
Skills & Experience.
Understanding of Apple and PC products including their built in software.
Experience troubleshooting issues with operating systems.
In depth understanding of Google Apps for Business (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Ability to research and solve problems proactively with confidence.
Web development experience a plus (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySql, Wordpress Plugins & Themes)
Slack and Basecamp experience a plus.
A Retina Macbook Pro and fun work environment. Salary range is $12.50 - $16.50 / hour.
